PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION FORM

1. SUBJECT

This Pre-Contract Information Form has been prepared to inform the Buyer/Consumer who wishes to purchase products through the www.sapheen.com website before a distance selling agreement is concluded.

This form, within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, ensures that the Buyer is informed before placing an order about the product, price, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, return process, and the parties' essential rights and obligations.

The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this Pre-Contract Information Form before completing their order.

Information relating to the Buyer consists of the details entered by the Buyer during the order process.

The Buyer accepts that the information provided during the order process is accurate and complete.


4. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT

The essential characteristics of the product or products subject to the order, including the product description, images, sale price, quantity, options where applicable, and other details, appear on the product page at www.sapheen.com and on the order summary screen.

Before completing the order, the Buyer reviews and accepts the essential characteristics of the product, its price, delivery conditions, and any additional charges where applicable.


5. PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

The sale price of the products is displayed inclusive of VAT on the payment page and in the order summary.

Any shipping fee, delivery charge, tax, service fee, or other additional costs, where applicable, are clearly shown to the Buyer before the order is completed.

By completing the order, the Buyer agrees to pay the product price and any additional costs where applicable.

Payment is made through the payment methods offered on www.sapheen.com.

Credit card or debit card details are not stored directly by Sapheen. Payment transactions are processed through secure payment infrastructure.


6. DELIVERY INFORMATION

The product subject to the order is shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the order process.

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, preparation time, the delivery address, the carrier's operational conditions, and public holidays or peak periods.

The Seller endeavours to hand the product over to the carrier as soon as reasonably possible.

The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. If the package shows damage, crushing, tearing, opening, or missing items, the Buyer is advised to have a report drawn up with the courier before accepting the product.


7. SHIPPING INFORMATION

The shipping fee for order delivery is shown to the Buyer before the order is completed.

Campaigns or special arrangements where the shipping fee is borne by the Seller may be indicated separately on the product page, in the cart, or on the payment screen.

If the Buyer uses a different carrier or shipping method than the return method specified by the Seller, any additional costs arising therefrom may be borne by the Buyer.


8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Within the scope of distance selling, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notice must be given to the Seller in writing or via a durable data storage medium within the 14-day period.

9. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  1. Products prepared specifically in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs,
  2. Products containing custom sizing, names, letters, symbols, engraving, or bespoke design,
  3. Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened,
  4. Products that have been used, damaged, or have lost their resale characteristics,
  5. Products whose packaging, tape, seal, or protective elements have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health/hygiene reasons.

For jewellery, costume jewellery, accessories, and similar products, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, and together with its original packaging, invoice, and certificate where applicable.


10. RETURN PROCESS

If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Seller unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition, and together with all accessories, packaging, invoice, and certificate where applicable.

Once the product reaches the Seller, it is inspected. If the product meets the return conditions, the Buyer's payment is refunded through the payment method used, within the statutory time limits.


11. RETURN SHIPPING COST

For returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the return process must be carried out through the method and carrier/integration firm specified by the Seller.

If the Buyer uses a different carrier or shipping method than that specified by the Seller, any additional costs arising therefrom may be borne by the Buyer.

Where the product is defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping process is assessed by the Seller.


12. EXCHANGE PROCESS

For exchange requests, the Buyer must contact the Seller.

An exchange is assessed according to product availability and whether the product is in a resalable condition.

No exchange is possible for products that have been used, damaged, prepared specifically for the Buyer, or that are not suitable for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.


13. COMPLAINTS AND REQUESTS

The Buyer may contact the Seller through the following channels regarding questions, requests, or complaints relating to orders, delivery, returns, exchanges, or products:

The Seller endeavours to review and respond to requests received from the Buyer within a reasonable time.


14. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

For disputes arising from this Pre-Contract Information Form and any distance selling agreement to be concluded, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.


15. CONFIRMATION

Before completing the order, the Buyer accepts that they have read and understood this Pre-Contract Information Form and have been informed about the essential characteristics of the product, sale price, payment and delivery conditions, right of withdrawal, return process, and all other matters.

By completing the order, the Buyer is deemed to have approved this Pre-Contract Information Form in electronic form.
