Delivery
Orders placed through www.sapheen.com are carefully prepared and shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Each piece is checked, packed securely, and prepared with care before shipment.

International Shipping
Sapheen may offer international shipping depending on the destination country and product availability.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your Sapheen piece.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product should be:
- Unused,
- Undamaged,
- In its original condition,
- Returned with its original packaging,
- Returned with its invoice, certificate, or any included accessories, if applicable.

Exchanges
We are happy to help with exchange requests whenever possible.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, model, or product, please contact us. Exchange availability depends on stock status and the condition of the returned item.
We try to be flexible with exchange requests because we know jewelry is personal and should feel right when worn.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, personalization, and product safety reasons, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:
- Customized or personalized products,
- Made-to-order pieces,
- Products with engraving, initials, special symbols, or custom sizing,
- Used, damaged, worn, or altered items,
- Items that are not suitable for resale,
- Products returned without original packaging, invoice, certificate, or accessories, if applicable.

Return Shipping
Return shipments should be sent using the return method specified by Sapheen.

If a different shipping method is used without our confirmation, any additional shipping costs or delivery issues may be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

We may ask you to share photos or videos of the package and product so we can review the issue quickly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will do our best to offer a suitable solution such as replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected.
